Role Summary:

We are in search of a Housekeeping Inspector who possesses a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest accommodations and communal areas to uphold our cleanliness standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to housekeeping personnel to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and report any malfunctions to the relevant department.
  • Keep accurate records of inspections and communicate any issues to the appropriate parties.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new housekeeping staff as necessary.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
