About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Kimpton Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping team, including room attendants and cleaning staff.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that our rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop our housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping expenses, including laundry and cleaning supplies, to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure that our guests receive seamless service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a housekeeping management role in a hospitality setting.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to use software to manage housekeeping operations.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
