We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing electronic medical records (EMRs) across our employed physician practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new practices and implement EMRs in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Train new physicians and associates on EMR systems
  • Develop and maintain training documentation
  • Analyze EMR performance and develop additional training as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and enhancements and train staff accordingly
  • Implement and monitor Meaningful Use guidelines
Requirements
  • Experience in clinical workflow using IT systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and practice management solutions
  • Strong knowledge of physician office business practices and clinical workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
