Java Developer

Job Title: Java Developer - IT Specialist

Job Summary:

ProSidian Consulting seeks a skilled Java Developer to join our team. As a Java Developer - IT Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support our company's business departments. You will work closely with our Business System IT department to provide support and develop interfaces between enterprise systems and in-house applications.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain applications that support our company's business departments
- Work closely with our Business System IT department to provide support and develop interfaces between enterprise systems and in-house applications
- Perform initial developer testing and resolve issues that arise during user acceptance testing
- Support QA Analyst in developing fully documented test plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience and success in application development, test plan development, testing, production turnover, and documentation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed project environment
