Job Overview

Pelvic Prime is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our clinic operations. This role involves assisting with clinical support, brochure management, basic cleaning and organizing tasks, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Clinic Support: Assist with clinical tasks 1-2 days a week, including brochure management and basic cleaning and organizing tasks.
  • Brochure Management: Count, print, and maintain a 10-count of all clinic brochures, fold tri-fold brochures, and restock holders in lobbies and clinic areas.
  • Laundry and Organizing: Fold pillowcases, hand towels, fitted sheets, and top sheets.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep/dust mop clinic floors, empty trash, clean toilets, and wipe down counters and surfaces.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and refill clinic supplies such as ultrasound gel, massage lotion, and massage oil.
  • Administrative Support: Enter new patient information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, manage faxes, and upload signed consent forms into the EMR system.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable performing cleaning, organizing, and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Experience with administrative tasks is a plus, particularly in a clinical setting.
  • High level of confidentiality and reliability in handling patient information.
