  • Lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility, providing support to the lead Operator and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Partner with your Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director & Department Leaders on Operations Quality, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Attract, Engage & Retain 25-50 teammates who deliver on Clinical Excellence, conducting Performance Evaluations, Corrective Actions, and Development Plans as needed.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
