Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional customer-focused environment
  • Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent data entry skills and ability to multitask
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
