Position Overview:

As a Sales Support Representative, your duties will encompass essential functions within the sales division, including making outbound calls to borrowers and effectively directing inbound customer inquiries to the relevant departments.

The Sales Support Representative will:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls for designated sales initiatives.
  • Highlight the advantages of Pennymac's competitive offerings to demonstrate their value to customer needs and provide suitable rebuttal options when necessary.
  • Respond to inbound calls from prospective borrowers promptly and route them to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy and documentation within required systems.
  • Follow the assigned schedule, including meal and rest breaks.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required and assigned.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the organization's desired culture and values.
A Typical Day:
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Show a proven history of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is preferred.

Compensation: Individual salaries may vary based on several factors, including specific roles, geographic location/market data, and skills and experience as outlined below:

  • Lower range - Developing skills and experience in the role.
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role.
  • Higher range - Experience and skills provide added value beyond typical role requirements.

Some positions may qualify for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded based on company and individual performance.

Salary:
$37,000 - $48,000
