As a Customer Account Specialist at C.H. Robinson, you will have the chance to develop and maintain relationships with customers, collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems, and leverage our innovative technology platform to drive results. Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Building and developing relationships with customers to ensure continued partnership
  • Communicating shipment updates proactively and accurately to ensure a customer-centric approach
  • Analyzing customer inquiries and providing quality and timely insights and updates to customers
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Leveraging C.H. Robinson's global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, analyze load data, and exceed customer expectations
  • Networking internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to build strong relationships and drive results. Key qualifications include:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous customer engagement experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)
