Role Summary

The Landscape Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple teams involved in landscape maintenance, design-build projects, and seasonal services. This leadership role requires a focus on fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork, ensuring alignment between individual and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise crews, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and HR Generalist to recruit and onboard new team members, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, proactively addressing potential hazards.
  • Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and capital asset requests, aligning spending plans with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the landscape or construction industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in landscape operations software, as well as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and to stand or walk for extended periods.
