About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo as a Production Supervisor, contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the front-line team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, line efficiencies, waste, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a cross-functional team to address day-to-day operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Drive business changes while minimizing people impact through effective change leadership.
  • Motivate team members to achieve plan goals by maintaining a regular presence on the plant floor.
  • Apply knowledge of TPM processes, equipment, and system capability to individual and facility standards.
  • Set and achieve performance standards for safety, line utilization, and quality.
  • Track key performance indicators and costs, anticipating and correcting trends that may compromise financial targets.
  • Oversee and ensure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
  • Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility, with a target payout of 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, health and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee assistance program, insurance, and a defined contribution retirement plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or a similar field.
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills, with proven front-line supervisory skills and ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making.
  • 2-5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, with 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, validated by successful completion of a major improvement project.
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills, with ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
