Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a cross-functional team to address day-to-day operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
- Drive business changes while minimizing people impact through effective change leadership.
- Motivate team members to achieve plan goals by maintaining a regular presence on the plant floor.
- Apply knowledge of TPM processes, equipment, and system capability to individual and facility standards.
- Set and achieve performance standards for safety, line utilization, and quality.
- Track key performance indicators and costs, anticipating and correcting trends that may compromise financial targets.
- Oversee and ensure facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
- Build people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility, with a target payout of 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, health and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee assistance program, insurance, and a defined contribution retirement plan.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or a similar field.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills, with proven front-line supervisory skills and ability to lead a team-based approach to decision-making.
- 2-5+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, with 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, validated by successful completion of a major improvement project.
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills, with ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.
