Job Title: AICA Orthopedics Practice Manager

Join AICA Orthopedics as a Practice Manager and take on a critical leadership role in the management and day-to-day operations of our medical practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the practice, including personnel management, facility management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a professional atmosphere
  • Implement and monitor all AICA policies and procedures
  • Ensure training and supervision of medical assistants
  • Liaise with medical doctors, physician assistants, and other medical providers to maximize medical schedules
  • Correspond with medical management companies and other external partners as needed
  • Liaise with attorneys and case managers to manage patient care
  • Liaise with outside referral sources to ensure proper procedures
  • Monitor and ensure adequate medical supplies and medications
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the medical clinic
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and manage workflow
  • Monitor proper documentation for rendered services
Position Expectations:

Position Metrics:
  • Regional and/or site-specific patient compliance (MRI, Ortho Medical)
  • Regional and/or site-specific total patient visits (MRI, Ortho Medical)
  • Regional and/or site-specific gross revenue (MRI, Ortho Medical)
  • Regional and/or site-specific patient experience
Position Requirements:
  • College degree or college experience with a focus in business management
  • 5 years of experience in medical office leadership and management, including personal injury and third-party liability service lines
  • MS Office and Excel experience
  • Team-oriented and able to work with various executives, managers, and team leaders
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Position Miscellaneous:
  • Salaried, exempt position with extended work hours from time to time
  • Ability to interact, engage, and communicate effectively with management, staff, referral sources, physicians, and patients
  • Frequent sitting, frequent manipulation of documents, frequent typing or use of keyboard, limited lifting floor to overhead of less than 10 pounds
