Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Family Supportive Housing Service Coordinator to join our team at the Homeless Prevention Center. In this role, you will provide critical support to families in need, helping them achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess housing needs and develop individualized housing plans for clients
  • Provide training and referrals to support clients' goals and address barriers in areas such as financial empowerment, life skills, and tenant education
  • Collaborate with various agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families
  • Identify and access additional resources to support clients' needs
  • Maintain accurate client records and perform data entry and reporting tasks
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and agencies
  • Knowledge of housing and social services systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
