Job Description

The Customer Service Ambassador performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers.

Essential Functions
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  2. Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
  3. Handle merchandise with care, ensuring that products are displayed and stored properly.
  4. Provide information and direction to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  5. Support the Customer Service team, working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
