About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by processing transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer engagement by processing transactions and sharing digital solutions
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
  • Perform routine transactional operational and customer support tasks efficiently
  • Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care and build relationships
  • Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
Requirements:
  • 6 months of interacting with customers' experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
