The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in managing relationships between carriers, customers, and sales groups for assigned accounts. This position requires developing a deep understanding of the customer's organization, product needs, and processes while collaborating with the Sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact between NavitsPartners' Supply Chain and assigned external customers, overseeing all aspects of the customer relationship.
  • Analyze and respond to incoming inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Utilize multiple dispatch systems and external scheduling systems to address and resolve issues for all business units.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NavitsPartners' internal policies, procedures, and software applications, as well as the structure and procedures of external customers.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective and creative solutions to service both NavitsPartners and customer needs, resolving delivery issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
  • 1-3 years of business experience in transportation or logistics (beyond regular customer service roles).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; ability to manage a high volume of inquiries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
