Job Title: Sales Executive of Government Accounts

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Integrated Security Technologies, Inc. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our footprint in the government market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, position, and capture key/strategic opportunities in the federal market space.
  • Develop large, strategic captures through a matrixed team of functional and support specialists.
  • Gather and assess new customer needs, working with Business Development, Project Management, and Account Executives.
  • Work with Account leads to determine contact plans and technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Anticipate and understand market threats and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in selling to government customers and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationships within the government sector.
  • Deep understanding of the government procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
