Our instructional frameworks are meticulously crafted to address our primary objective:
facilitating substantial academic progress for all students. Each initiative commences with an initial assessment that informs personalized instruction and tracks advancement.

From inception to completion, we closely monitor performance and adapt our teaching strategies to support and challenge students as they evolve.

Annual Salary is $62,000 plus bonus potential and travel and cell phone stipend.

The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the daily operations across various educational institutions.

Assisting the organization in ensuring that overall program quality—both operationally and academically—is upheld by conducting evaluations, nurturing positive relationships with staff and clients, meeting compliance standards, and collaborating with the management team on best practices.

The Educational Program Coordinator collaborates closely with Learn It's personnel to cultivate the most effective and efficient learning atmosphere for students, school leaders, and support staff.

Become part of a cooperative team that delivers high-quality programs to Title I students and families in private educational settings. Aid in establishing and sustaining relationships while consistently following up with instructors, students, parents, and school leaders as necessary.

Addressing concerns raised by students, parents, instructors, and school leaders to management and working collaboratively to resolve any issues or challenges.

The Educational Program Coordinator will also undertake administrative responsibilities such as data entry, report creation and monitoring, and updating employee records.

Adherence to specific submission timelines is essential.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within public, private, or charter education and instruction or counseling is preferred.

Teaching experience is mandatory.

Travel within the designated area is required; personal and reliable transportation is necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer is expected.

Strong oral and written communication skills that are clear and persuasive in both positive and challenging situations; the ability to communicate effectively and promptly is essential.

Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; capable of fostering morale and group commitment to shared goals and objectives.


Must be able to work independently and effectively engage a diverse group of clients, community partners, and colleagues; dependability and trustworthiness are crucial.

Excellent time-management skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the filing system as required by the organization and meeting all deadlines.

Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Work will take place in various educational facilities, requiring the ability to navigate stairs.
