Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$95,000 based on national averages for experienced RRTs in the Shelby, North Carolina area. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is also offered with a 2-year commitment.

Job Description

As an Advanced Respiratory Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory therapy modalities to patients of all ages, with a focus on adults. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RRT in a clinical setting
  • An active or pending North Carolina Respiratory Therapist license
  • A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
