Job Overview:

At FS HomeCare & Staffing, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. Our mission is to provide high-quality in-home health care and staffing services to individuals in need of assistance.

We are looking for a skilled and caring individual who can provide personalized support to patients in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience providing health care services in the home and be able to assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

The salary for this position is estimated at around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in their own homes
  • Monitor patient condition and report any changes to relevant staff
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and other duties as assigned
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience providing home health care (at least 1 year)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to interact positively with patients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Current TB Test (Negative result within the last 12 months)
