Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Card Analytical Support
    • Provide in-depth analytical support, including portfolio and individual deal profitability, reporting, and other key metrics.
    • Develop expert knowledge of department accounting and serve as a subject matter expert for Commercial Card data.
    • Calculate accruals, process Commercial Card Department's service providers' invoices, and ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Process Improvement and Projects
    • Participate in meetings with internal partners and vendors to define best practices, reduce expenses, and continually improve the delivery of the Commercial Card service.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data and its use by internal and external customers.
  • Payables Support
    • Work with clients to analyze their accounts payable and convert to card payments, resulting in cost savings and improved efficiency.
    • Lead projects to implement automated payment solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Contact clients' vendors as needed for implementation and follow-up, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    • Support clients and their vendors' use of payment solutions, providing training and guidance as needed.
    • Analyze and optimize clients' programs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.
