- Establish strong relationships with customers, providing trusted guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Evangelize the benefits of a refreshing user experience on the Freshworks platform.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer/Solution Engineer in an enterprise software organization.
- Proven track record of working on complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise business segments.
- Experience in selling CRM, Customer Service, IT service management, or other related technologies.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets, quickly comprehending and utilizing fragmented data sources for compelling custom content.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models, SaaS technologies, and related applications.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a B.S. in Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred.
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
- Self-directed and resourceful, with an entrepreneurial attitude.
At Freshworks, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $105,000 - $150,000, with bonus and equity opportunities. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, where everyone can find their true potential, purpose, and passion.
