Sales Manager Role
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts, develop strategic sales plans, and drive sales growth. As a member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned international territories.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, building trust and loyalty.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any arising issues.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a National or International Sales Manager, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Successful track record of prospecting and achieving sales quotas, with a focus on B2B sales and client relationships.
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
• Availability to travel as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
