About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in Irvine. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving international sales growth, establishing strategic sales plans, and assisting with the growth of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned international territories.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of the technology industry, market trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any arising issues.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a National sales manager or International sales manager.
  • Successful experience being a hunter/prospecting and achieving sales quota.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
