Lead Our Team to Success

TRUPIANO-KETRON is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our organization as a Sales Leader. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reporting.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
