- Sales Growth: Work with the team leader to achieve sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure accurate ordering to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Store Operations: Assist the team leader in maintaining a safe and efficient store environment, including adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Experience: 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations-related applications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
