Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal by providing warm, welcoming, and professional support to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, checking them in for appointments, and performing various tasks to support our clinical team. You will also be expected to manage the Confirmation Process for Prescribers and clinicians, assist with back-fill management, and maintain a clean and organized waiting area.

Essential Duties:

  • Greet each customer warmly and professionally
  • Provide support to clinical staff to maximize their ability to provide direct care
  • Manage the Confirmation Process for Prescribers and clinicians
  • Assist with back-fill management to optimize clinical productivity

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $24.05 - $29.29
