Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, vendors, and operations, to ensure seamless transitions and successful project outcomes.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective issue management strategies.
- Schedule and Resource Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, including tasks, resources, and progress tracking.
- Change Control: Utilize the IDB's change control process to ensure only necessary changes are introduced, with appropriate approvals.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with executive sponsors and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project documentation, including business requirements documents, project charters, project plans, progress reports, project budgets, change control documentation, and other relevant documents, in compliance with the IDB's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and overall management processes.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and collaborate with senior teams to develop and implement mitigating strategies.
- Financial Portfolio Management: Possess a strong background in financial portfolio management and reporting.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports for weekly project status meetings and periodic steering committee meetings. Develop senior management project reports in PowerPoint on a monthly basis.
