Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including accounts payable and payroll support.
  • Assist with administrative project functions related to safety, quality, cost reporting, equipment rental, document management, and procurement.
  • Input and maintain project setup, accounts payable, and other critical information in company software.
  • Oversee and organize all files for the project team.
  • Compile and distribute project-related information to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Project Managers with documentation to track and bill for additional work.
  • Gather necessary information for Project Managers for analysis and billing purposes.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma; additional experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor or CM/PM Firm.
  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or clerical role within the construction sector.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in Procore and MS Office applications.
  • Accounting experience and familiarity with Sage Timberline are highly preferred.
