The Opportunity

QuidelOrtho, a world-leading in vitro diagnostics company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). As a participant in this 24-month program, you will develop critical leadership and technical skills through two rotational assignments in QuidelOrtho's Finance and Accounting functions, hands-on training, and ongoing mentoring and coaching.

The Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting processes. You will also develop business cases to provide decision support and support financial process improvements and other strategic initiatives.

The Individual

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's or Fifth Year Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You should have a GPA of 3.3 or better, prior internship or business experience, and demonstrated leadership experience. You should also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to analyze data and solve problems, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The Work Environment

You will work in a typical office environment with flexible work hours to meet project deadlines. You may be required to travel up to 10% to our Raritan, Rochester, and San Diego locations.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Salary Transparency

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 and is bonus eligible.
