About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from budgeting and estimating to construction and administration. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets and estimates
  • Oversee construction and administration of the project
  • Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise and train subordinates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams
  • Extensive experience with ground-up commercial projects, including hotel/resort, winery, restaurant, and multifamily projects
  • Strong estimating skills and proficiency with Procore, Sage Timberline, MS Project, and other MS Office Applications
