Job Overview:

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a McDonald's restaurant.

You will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure that customers receive excellent service and that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for managing the restaurant's inventory, scheduling, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
