Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Associate provides cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees. This role is ideal for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Notify management of minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures.
  • Perform seasonal tasks, such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
