About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Caregiving Professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families to provide personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients
  • Provide ongoing support and care to clients in their homes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other caregivers to ensure seamless care
  • Document client progress and communicate with families and healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
