We are seeking to onboard a dedicated, full-time Strategic Business Consultant to become a part of our client's Business Operations Services (BOS) team. This role will collaborate with fellow consultants to support various initiatives throughout the organization by delivering comprehensive requirements analysis, documenting workflows, and conducting user acceptance testing. To excel in this position, you should possess a natural analytical mindset, be capable of conveying complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders, and work efficiently with both internal and external business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct business requirements analysis, identify relevant areas for change, translate and document the requirements into design specifications and functional requirements, and communicate the outcomes.
  • Oversee assigned projects, develop and review testing plans and scripts, monitor deliverables, conduct user acceptance testing, and manage changes through effective application of change control processes.
  • Engage closely with internal teams, external partners, and IT departments to create intricate solutions, reports, dashboards, and utilize analytical and historical data to recommend and implement suitable business solutions.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external teams, gather insights, and produce impactful reports and presentations to share findings and ideas.
  • Work with business teams and managers to identify areas for enhancement and optimization strategies.
  • Ensure that all relevant documents, policy documents, guides, and business communications are kept current and accessible.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and support to other team members.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to perform effectively in a diverse, fast-paced, and high-volume workload environment while meeting critical deadlines and managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in working independently, collaboratively with others, and engaging with various levels of management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills that incorporate patience, common sense, and the creation of high-quality, easy-to-understand materials.
  • Exceptional analytical and evaluative skills; superior interpersonal and communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Capability to navigate complex approval processes and established procedures successfully.
Qualifications (Education & Experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in business or information systems or equivalent work experience, preferably in financial services (consumer, banking, captive finance).
  • Highly proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio.
  • Knowledge of Financing Instruments is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, deadline-driven, with an excellent ability to follow directions.
  • Comfortable working remotely or in an office environment as needed.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $33 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
