About the Role

Katy Trail Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with infectious diseases, particularly HIV, in a compassionate and thorough manner.
  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Provide vital care and support to patients facing HIV and other infectious diseases.
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in Missouri.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner through ANCC, NAACOG, or NAPNAP.
  • AAHIVS HIV Specialist Certification and APIC Certificate preferred.
  • Additional HIV/HCV CME Courses and certifications required.
  • Extensive work with infectious disease patient panel required.
  • Current BLS certification.
