Job Description

MICROBEST INC is currently seeking a highly motivated Centerless Grinding-Secondary Leader to join our team. As a member of our grinding department, you will be responsible for leading a small team of operators, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a small team of operators to achieve production goals.
  • Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with grinding equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of grinding tools and materials.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve workflow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Centerless Grinding operations.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and production issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
