Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with a strong background in service writing and management. As a Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer service techniques, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Mentor employees on best practices for effective time management, resulting in increased productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Oversee the flow of service department paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screening.
  • At least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor, with a preference for experience as an automotive service manager.
  • Deep understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services.
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
