Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Tech/Care Coordinator to join our Adolescent Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our team, you will provide supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting a positive and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Facilitate daily schedules, including activities, meals, and groups
- Communicate with treatment teams about client concerns and progress
- Supervise self-administration of medications and maintain training in medication disbursement
- Provide transportation to clients for community outings and meetings
- Practice compliance with all policies, record keeping requirements, and assigned duties
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00/hr to $25.80/hr based on education and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with match.
