About the Role:

Newport Healthcare is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician/Care Coordinator Adolescent to join our team. As a key member of our care coordination team, you will provide supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities and individual problem-solving.
  • Set clear boundaries and expectations for client behavior.
  • Document client progress and identify potential needs for professional services.
  • Communicate effectively with professional staff and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's level degree in psychology, counseling or sociology preferred.
  • Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
