Recovery Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support services to individuals in recovery, promoting long-term wellness and sobriety.

• Provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals in recovery, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, adhering to agency quality assurance procedures and established recovery support performance standards.
• Collaborate with clients, staff, and external stakeholders to identify and address barriers to recovery, developing strategies to overcome these obstacles.
• Facilitate communication between clients, family members, and support persons, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
• Develop and implement individualized recovery plans, incorporating client strengths and goals.
• Provide education and support on wellness and recovery topics, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and relapse prevention strategies.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Peer Support Certification status within 2 years of hire.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history and willingness to travel locally.
• Previous experience in case management or peer mentoring preferred; specialized training in Trauma-Informed Care, behavioral health peer support services, and wellness topics desired.
