Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Executive to join our team at STV. As a key member of our infrastructure-focused professional services firm, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide lead responsibility and accountability for the overall performance and success of assigned projects.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client negotiations, staff management, and development.
  • Assure STV project staffing resources are aligned with established project budgets and alert clients to any additional scope of services required.
  • Participate in new business development, including proposals, interviews, scope, budget, and fee planning.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet or exceed project requirements and goals, and ensure project earnings are realized or enhanced.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations of project staff, and provide necessary resources to meet those expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
  • A four-year degree in building construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field, as well as a minimum of ten years of related experience.
  • A team-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A track record of successful project delivery within the Life Science industry and the ability to provide senior-level leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business opportunities and manage client and industry relationships.
  • An understanding of how to manage and empower multiple STV teams on a consistent basis.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Massachusetts applicants are preferred but not required.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $214,309.00.
