Bilingual Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Recruiting Solutions. This role will involve providing effective resolutions to accounts, documenting customer interactions, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist account owners by providing effective resolutions to accounts
  • Manage assigned tasks in compliance with state and federal laws governing debt collection
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Negotiate and process payments using effective negotiation strategies
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of account information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual fluency (Spanish) required
  • Customer service experience required; experience in collections or call centres preferred
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
