Hotel Guest Experience Specialist

At Harlow's Casino Resort & Spa, we are seeking a skilled Hotel Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register and assign rooms to hotel guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Payment and Billing: Verify guest identification, establish payment methods, and compute bills for departing guests.
  • Reservations and Room Management: Make and confirm reservations, manage room availability, and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License
