About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Collections Specialist to provide excellent customer service in our fast-paced call center. This role involves handling inbound calls and contacting homeowners across the country to collect past-due mortgage payments, identify issues, and develop practical payment solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide positive, courteous, and helpful interactions with every homeowner.
  • Use manual and automated calling strategies to locate past-due homeowners, contact them, and set up customized payment plans.
  • Develop workable payment solutions that satisfy both clients and investors.
  • Process homeowners' mortgage payments.
  • Offer refinancing opportunities to eligible homeowners.
  • Arrive on-time for all shifts and maintain reliable transportation or comply with remote work requirements.
  • Achieve company performance goals.
  • Participate in continuous training on company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements
  • College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Over 1 year of collections experience preferred but not necessary.

  • Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
