Job Overview

As an Account Representative with Anthony Vote State Farm, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer success. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a network of loyal customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships by anticipating and meeting customer needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
