Job Overview

Culligan 63MN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing customers' current water quality and offering solutions to address and improve specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customers' current water quality and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term growth and loyalty
  • Communicate effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to support dealership growth
  • Provide regular sales updates and activity reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Three years of sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
