Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead teams in the development and design of products from the initial discovery phase through to deployment and launch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage, coordinate, and uphold project timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers on product design initiatives.
  • Oversee external activities such as regulatory compliance and third-party testing.
  • Guide multiple cross-functional teams in launching products, ensuring alignment with market specifications from design to prototype to production.
  • Utilize specialized technological knowledge for specific projects.
  • Administer a portfolio of projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and addressing any obstacles that arise.
  • Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps.
  • Monitor Project Portfolio KPIs.
  • Continuously enhance project processes to minimize product development cycle times.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or team leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) for managing backlogs, tracking progress, and reporting is preferred.
  • The ability to direct work teams to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration.
  • A commitment to fostering a team environment characterized by open communication, problem identification, and resolution.
  • A dedication to sharing knowledge to enhance the technical capabilities of staff, ensuring adaptable operational support and enabling process improvements.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and potentially internationally, approximately 10% of the time.
