Position Overview - Senior Asset Management Consultant

We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a Senior Asset Management Consultant to become part of our Asset Optimization Business line.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects while fostering strong client relationships.
- Design and implement maintenance and reliability business processes and systems.
- Develop asset management strategies and tactics.
- Apply reliability engineering processes and principles.
- Conduct asset lifecycle analysis as needed.
- Provide consultancy services to clients based on the outlined skills and competencies.
- Assume the role of Team Leader and/or Project Manager, overseeing other consultants as necessary.
- Participate in maintenance audits as required.
- Ensure high standards and timely service delivery to clients.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Deliver consulting services at client sites, with a willingness to travel.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in asset management consulting is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams towards achieving desired results.
- Prior experience as an Asset or Reliability Engineer is highly regarded.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or pulp & paper industries, particularly in sites recognized for their reliability best practices.

- Background in planning/scheduling, supervision, reliability engineering, or management in both operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing key performance indicators for effective management of client businesses.
- Demonstrated skills in training, coaching, and auditing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer and MS-Office applications.
- Familiarity with various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is required.
