The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management consulting, particularly in manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or pulp & paper industries.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record in team management.
  • Prior experience as an Asset or Reliability Engineer.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing key performance indicators for effective business management.
  • Strong training, coaching, and auditing capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
